Do the children of a son who died before his father and grandmother inherit from their father's or grandmother's estate?

The son who died before his mother and brother does not inherit from them, and his children do not inherit from their grandmother due to the presence of their uncles. Nor do they inherit from their deceased uncle due to the presence of his son. If the heirs are limited to the mother, wife, son, and daughter, then the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir, and the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir. The remainder goes to the son and daughter by ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The full brothers and sisters receive nothing, as they are excluded by the son. The inheritance is divided into 72 shares: 12 for the mother, 9 for the wife, 34 for the son, and 17 for the daughter. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts or consult scholars directly, due to their complexity and the possibility of including rights, debts, and bequests that the heirs may not be aware of.
