How sound is the Hadith: "Praise be to Allah Who made me taste its delight, and preserved my strength, and warded off its harm from me," and is it to be acted upon?

Al-Albani graded this hadith as weak in "Al-Da'ifah" and "Tamam al-Minnah." He was preceded in deeming it weak by Al-San'ani, Al-Manawi, Al-Mundhiri, and the author of "Awn al-Ma'bud." Ibn Abi Shaybah and Abd al-Razzaq narrated it in their respective Musannafs, attributed to Noah (peace be upon him).
