If a wife speaks about her husband in a way he dislikes, it is forbidden backbiting (gheeba), and she must repent sincerely. She must be patient and kind to her husband, and she should not publicize their disputes in front of their children or others, because that increases evil, causes discord, and leads to the children abandoning their father.
