The mother receives one-sixth, the daughter one-half, the wife one-eighth, and the grandfather one-sixth. The remainder goes to the son of the son by 'asabah (residuarily). There is nothing for the brothers, the paternal uncle, and the full sister, as they are excluded by complete exclusion due to the inheriting male descendant. The maternal half-brother is excluded by the daughter and the grandfather. It is obligatory to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for their consideration and verification.
