Is it permissible to deposit money in Faysal Islamic Bank, Mansoura branch?

It is permissible for a layperson to imitate someone whose knowledge and piety they trust in his fatwa. The dealings of the aforementioned bank cannot be judged wholesale. However, depositing money in an Islamic bank, even if it has shortcomings in adhering to Sharia standards, is not like placing it in a usurious bank.
