How is the estate of a deceased woman who left four daughters and has a full brother and two full sisters divided?

If the heirs are limited to daughters, a brother, and two sisters, then the daughters receive two-thirds, as Allah Almighty says: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left." The remainder goes to the brother and two sisters by ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "And if there are brothers and sisters, then the male will have the share of two females." The estate is divided into 12 shares: 8 shares for the daughters (two shares for each daughter), 2 shares for the brother, and 1 share for each full sister.

Issues of inheritance must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
