Is it permissible to utilize books and research from a scholar specialized in the field we are studying, knowing that he is from Tel Aviv University, given that the nature of the research necessitates it?

There is no objection to benefiting from useful scientific books, whatever their source, for wisdom is the lost property of the believer, and he is the most entitled to it, as long as no Sharia-forbidden act results from it. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Narrate from the Children of Israel, and there is no objection."
