Respected semen is that which is discharged due to a permissible cause, such as lawful intercourse. As for disrespected semen, it is that which is discharged due to an unlawful cause, such as fornication or masturbation. Disrespected semen does not establish lineage, nor does it necessitate an iddah (waiting period). Inserting disrespected semen into the vagina of a non-mahram woman is a grave sin akin to fornication, but it does not incur the prescribed punishment for fornation, nor does it prohibit the perpetrator from marrying a chaste woman.
