The is an obligation upon women, and they must adhere to it in any country they are in, according to their ability. We advise staying at home and not going out except for a need or necessity. There is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator, so do not obey him in removing the hijab unless wearing the hijab causes an unbearable harm.
