Is a wife's statement that she was menstruating at the time of divorce acceptable if her husband divorced her while unaware of her menstruation?

A woman's statement regarding her menstruation and its cessation is accepted because she is entrusted with this matter. The evidence for this is the Almighty's saying: "And it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs, if they believe in Allah and the Last Day." It is a condition for accepting her statement that she claims menstruation or its cessation at a possible time.
