What is the ruling on writing "مشآء الله" instead of "ما شاء الله"?

Removing the alif after the mim in (ما شاء الله - Ma sha Allah) when pronouncing it as (مشاء الله - Masha Allah) is a dialect of some Bedouins. This is called "al-lakhlakhaniyya," meaning a lack of eloquence in speech and a lack of fluency. As for removing this alif in writing, no text from the authorities of the Arabic language has been reported concerning it.
