Is it permissible in Islam to marry a Hindu woman who is married to a close relative and is sexually incapacitated, and who agrees to the relationship, and is it permissible for the former castrated husband to live with the couple in the same house?

This relationship between the inquirer and the idolatrous Hindu woman is forbidden. It is not permissible for a Muslim to marry a polytheist woman, as Allah the Almighty says: (And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe). Emasculation is not permissible under any circumstances, as it involves altering Allah's creation. The inquirer must repent, sever this relationship, and seek a righteous Muslim wife.
