Is it permissible for someone who performed tayammum for prayer due to the coldness of the water while in a state of janabah, to touch and recite from the Mushaf with the same tayammum after the prayer?

Whoever is permitted to perform for prayer is also permitted to recite the Quran and touch the Mus'haf with that tayammum. However, the mere coldness of water does not justify tayammum.
