Is the "Allahu Akbar" (God is the greatest) and "Sami'allahu liman hamidah, Rabbana wa lakal hamd" (Allah hears those who praise Him; Our Lord, to You be all praise) recited aloud in the Dhuhr (noon) and Asr (afternoon) prayers?

It is legislated for the Imam to say the takbīrat al-iḥrām (opening takbīr), the takbīrāt of transition, and " Sami‘a Allāhu li-man ḥamidah " (Allah hears those who praise Him) aloud, so that the congregants may hear him. However, it is not legislated for him to say " Rabbanā wa laka al-ḥamd " (Our Lord, and to You be praise) aloud. As for the congregant or the one praying alone, it is not legislated for them to say any of the takbīrāt aloud, except that the Malikis hold the view that it is legislated for the congregant to say only the takbīrat al-iḥrām aloud. The ruling regarding saying aloud in the Dhuhr and Asr prayers does not differ from other prayers.
