If what the husband said was: "Whoever wants this should stay, and he (the husband) sits upon the methodology of Allah Almighty," then this is not a conditional divorce. A conditional divorce is the suspension of the marriage bond upon an event that has occurred or will occur. Consequently, no divorce results from his words, and the wife remains under his marital bond. One must stay away from obsessive thoughts and disregard them.
