Is it permissible to eat from a restaurant whose manager is Christian and whose workers are Muslim?

There is no objection to eating from a restaurant whose manager is Christian, provided that one investigates the meats offered and ensures that they are not pork, that they are slaughtered according to Islamic law by cutting the throat and the two jugular veins, and that the slaughterer is a Muslim or a person of the Book who has not offered it to anyone other than Allah.
