What should I do about my family whose invocations against me I fear?

It is advisable to treat people in general with good character and not to transgress against anyone, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Fear Allah wherever you are, and follow up a bad deed with a good one that will wipe it out, and behave with good character towards people." One must be wary of obsessive thoughts and treat family and others kindly, without injustice or aggression. Nothing will afflict you, by the will of Allah Almighty. If someone supplicates against you unjustly, the general rule is that this supplication will not be answered. It may be answered in some cases, but its acceptance is not guaranteed.
