Is there a Quranic verse that clarifies the ruling on women's work, and what is it if found?

There is no Quranic verse that explicitly states the ruling on women's work. However, it can be inferred from the story of the two daughters of the righteous man and Musa (peace be upon him), who were working to tend the sheep due to their father's old age.

From this, it is understood that there is no harm in a woman working out of necessity, or if the Muslim community needs her in a field that is unsuitable for others, provided she adheres to Islamic guidelines such as hijab and avoiding free mixing.
