Does a divorce take effect if a man tells his wife: "I divorce you, no one enters the house today," and then someone enters the house, knowing that he was very angry?

If a husband swears an oath of divorce that no one should enter the house, and someone enters it, then divorce has occurred according to the majority of scholars, and this is the most preponderant opinion. It counts as a single revocable divorce, unless it completes the third divorce. Ibn Taymiyyah and those who agreed with him held that an expiation for a broken oath (kaffarat yamin) is due if the husband did not intend divorce but rather intended to prevent. It should be noted that the divorce pronounced by someone in extreme anger who does not comprehend what he is saying does not take effect.
