Is it advisable to go to another mosque for prayer, knowing that the current mosque's Imam prolongs lessons and delays the Friday sermon, and embarrasses worshipers who do not attend the lessons?

This Imam commits several transgressions, among them: holding a general lesson before Friday prayer using a loudspeaker, which is considered an objectionable innovation (bid'ah) because it harms and distracts the worshippers, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not do it. Among them also is delaying the Friday sermon beyond its early time, contrary to the Sunnah (definition), and persistently giving admonitions after the Friday prayer and after every prayer. This was not from the guidance of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who used to vary his admonitions to his companions for fear of their becoming bored. He also mocks those who do not attend his lesson, which is not befitting a Muslim, and he repels people with his harsh manner, whereas Islam commanded gentleness. It is advised to counsel him with gentleness and leniency, explaining his mistakes with legitimate evidence, while continuing to attend his lessons, benefit from them, and frequent the mosque.
