If the husband says to his wife, "You are divorced," intending his other wife, then the questioner is not divorced by that. It must be noted that it is not permissible for a woman to incite her husband to divorce his other wife, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade a woman from asking for the divorce of her sister to overturn what is in her vessel.
