Is it permissible to disburse Zakat in the form of a monthly salary to eligible recipients by allocating a sum from property rental income to be paid to them at the end of each month, instead of giving them the Zakat in a lump sum?

Paying Zakat in installments as a monthly salary to the poor has two scenarios:

1. Installment before obligation (prepayment of Zakat): Permissible.

2. Installment after obligation: Not permissible; because it leads to delaying Zakat after it becomes due, and the principle is to pay Zakat immediately upon its due date.
