What is the ruling on returning waste and water that a neighbor throws from her apartment into the questioner's garden, by collecting it and returning it to her in the same manner?

Islam encourages kindness to neighbors. It is advisable to be kind to a female neighbor, to be patient with any harm she might cause, and to offer her advice with wisdom, while also explaining the seriousness of harming a neighbor. The evidence for this is the Almighty Allah's saying: "Worship Allah and associate nothing with Him, and to parents do good, and to relatives, orphans, the needy, the near neighbor, the distant neighbor, the companion by your side, the traveler, and those whom your right hands possess. Indeed, Allah does not like those who are conceited and boastful," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) sayings: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his neighbor," and "Jibril kept on enjoining the good treatment of neighbors to the extent that I thought he would make them heirs," and "By Allah, he does not believe whose neighbor is not safe from his mischief."
