Is the divorce of the disobedient husband the solution for the repentance of the woman who committed adultery, and is her marriage to the man with whom she committed adultery lawful to correct her mistake and raise her son from him?

Adultery is an abomination and a heinous crime. Adultery committed by a married woman is even more sinful and criminal because it defiles the marital bed and betrays her husband, and because it leads to the mixing of lineages. Her punishment is more severe than that of an unmarried woman. The husband's sin does not justify committing adultery. Sincere repentance and cutting off the relationship with the adulterer are obligatory. The child is attributed to the husband, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The child belongs to the bed, and for the adulterer is the stone." Marriage between the two adulterers is not a condition, and it is forbidden to seek marriage with a married woman. It is obligatory to stay with the husband and strive to reform him, but if he insists on his wickedness, then seeking a divorce is permissible.
