The answer

The beginning of saving money must be determined by the Hijri lunar date. Then, consider whether the saved amount on the first date (October 5, 2002) — after converting it to the lunar calendar — reaches the (equivalent to 85 grams of gold). If it reaches the nisab, then of a quarter of a tenth (2.5%) becomes obligatory on it after a full lunar year has passed. As for the other amount you obtained in November, you have the choice either to add it to the first amount and consider the beginning of their hawl (Zakat year) to be the first day, or to make it an independent hawl starting from the day you possessed it, after converting the date from solar to lunar.
