Is it true that all of the minor signs of the Hour have appeared and there is nothing left until the Hour is established?

The minor signs of the Hour are divided into three categories: 1. Signs that have occurred and will not be repeated: Such as the Prophet's mission and death, the splitting of the moon, and the fire of the Hijaz. 2. Signs that have occurred and are still ongoing or recurring: Such as conquests and wars, the fighting of the Turks and Tatars, entrusting authority to the unqualified, the corruption of Muslims, the slave woman giving birth to her mistress, the barefooted, naked, impoverished shepherds competing in constructing tall buildings, the nations ganging up against the Muslim Ummah, land collapses, projectiles, and transformations [of people into animals], the abundance of wealth, greeting only acquaintances, the widespread nature of trade, the cutting off of kinship ties, the distortion of standards (believing the liar and disbelieving the truthful, and the Ruwaybidah speaking), and the police of the End Times who flog people. 3. Signs that have not yet occurred: The Arabian Peninsula returning to being gardens and rivers, the swelling of the crescent moons, wild animals and inanimate objects speaking to humans, the Euphrates uncovering a mountain of gold, the earth revealing its hidden treasures, the Muslims being besieged in Medina, al-Jahjah attaining kingship, the tribulations of al-Ahlas, al-Dahma', and al-Duhaima', and the appearance of the Mahdi.

Based on this classification, the statement that all minor signs of the Hour have appeared and only the Mahdi remains is incorrect.
