Is a woman considered legally married to a man if she is compelled to say so publicly to resolve a certain problem?

In Islam, there is no such thing as "friendship" between a woman and a non-mahram man, given the aim of the enemies of Islam to corrupt morals and open doors to discord. The questioner must repent to Allah Almighty and stay away from non-mahram men, including the fiancé, until the legal marriage contract is concluded. This is because merely informing her that a certain man is her husband does not establish a valid marriage religiously. Marriage has conditions that must be met, otherwise, it is not valid.
