Is it permissible to work for the Moroccan Professional Retirement Fund, knowing that the Fund invests its money in various ways, including shares in companies, trading on the stock exchange, and other investment projects, and deals with commercial banks, and that the required work is not related to the Fund's financial system?

There are two types of pension funds:

1. A cooperative, solidarity fund: It is permissible to establish and work with it if its funds are invested in halal (permissible) ways, provided that the companies whose shares are purchased are also permissible. If there is no Islamic bank, it is permissible to deal with a commercial bank as an intermediary for transferring funds, not for engaging in its usurious transactions. If the companies are impermissible, it is not permissible to work with the fund. However, if the work is in another permissible field, it is allowed. 2. A commercial, non-cooperative fund: It is forbidden to work with it in all its forms.
