What is the ruling on a girl dancing in her full adornment in front of her Mahrams at weddings and parties, and does she sin by doing so?

If a woman covers what is impermissible to reveal in front of her mahrams, and her dancing does not involve provocative swaying that incites lust, then she does not sin. However, if she uncovers what is impermissible to reveal in front of her mahrams, or if her dancing involves provocative swaying that incites lust, then it is impermissible, due to the statement of Al-Halimi: "Dancing that involves swaying and provocative movements resembling the actions of effeminate men is forbidden for both men and women."
