How is the blood money (diyah) of a person who died in an accident distributed among their legal heirs, and does this include their living parents?

The blood money (diyah) of a man and all his possessions are distributed as follows: The wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of a lineal descendant. Each of the parents receives one-sixth due to the existence of a lineal descendant. What remains after the shares of the wife and parents is divided among the sons by ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. However, if the children are only females, they receive two-thirds as a prescribed share, and the inheritance 'awl (increases in shares exceeding the total) from twenty-four to twenty-seven. If one of the heirs caused the killing, he does not inherit from the blood money but inherits from other assets.
