Is "the Patient One" (Al-Sabur) one of the Beautiful Names of Allah, and if so, what does it mean?

"As-Saboor" (The Patient) is one of Allah's Most Beautiful Names, mentioned in the narrations of At-Tirmidhi, Al-Bayhaqi, and Ibn Hibban. Its meaning, as stated by An-Nawawi and Al-Qadi, is: He who does not hasten to take revenge on sinners. It is synonymous with Al-Haleem (The Forbearing), meaning The One who overlooks despite having the power to exact retribution. As Al-Munawi said: He is the One who does not rush to punish sinners, or the One whom haste does not compel to dispute or act before its due time.
