If dealing with the owner of illicit wealth for the insemination of a cow, it is forbidden; due to engaging in transactions with the possessor of ill-gotten gains, and due to the prohibition of the stud fee (or renting the male for breeding). However, if the cow is inseminated by the man's bull without a contract, there is no harm in that, and the offspring is permissible in any case.
