Is it permissible to interrupt prayer to answer an important international phone call to hear news of family due to the war in Iraq?

Prayer is the second pillar of Islam, the first thing a servant will be held accountable for on the Day of Judgment, and the last of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) recommendations. Prophetic traditions have warned against abandoning it, with the Prophet (peace be upon him) considering its abandonment as disbelief. Therefore, it is obligatory to maintain prayer with its conditions, pillars, and humility, and it is not permissible to interrupt it for any reason, such as answering a call, as this invalidates it and is considered from the stratagems of Satan.
