Is it permissible to own a store dedicated to renting out films (that are not obscene, violent, horrifying, Western, etc.)?

If films are free from unlawful elements such as deviant ideas, false beliefs, or images of women and music, then it is permissible to rent and watch them. However, reality shows that few films are free from unlawful elements, except for those produced by some Islamic institutions. A Muslim must fear Allah in their sustenance and occupy their time with what is beneficial.
