If the application owners do not prevent others from utilizing their applications and obtaining their codes and ciphers, then there is no harm in using them to create and sell permissible programs. However, if they do prevent this, then it is not permissible to infringe upon their rights. Nevertheless, the money earned from programs that used these codes is not unlawful, but what has been utilized must be guaranteed to its owners.
