Are "the Truthful" (الصادق) and "the Enricher" (المغني) among the Beautiful Names of Allah, and is it permissible to name someone "Abd al-Sadiq" (Servant of the Truthful) and "Abd al-Mughni" (Servant of the Enricher)?

The name "Al-Mughni" (The Enricher) is mentioned in a weak hadith about the Beautiful Names of Allah, and there is no evidence that the name "Al-Sadiq" (The Truthful) is among the names of Allah the Almighty. Therefore, it is necessary to abandon naming by servitude to these two names, because the names of Allah are tawqifiyyah (restricted to what has been revealed in the Quran and Sunnah).
