What is the ruling on a guest eating from the aunt's house without her knowledge?

Allah has removed the hardship concerning eating from the homes of paternal aunts, as stated in verse 61 of Surah An-Nur. It is permissible to eat from the paternal aunt's house without her explicit permission for what she would normally allow, because kinship is presumed to be a form of permission from them. However, one should not exceed eating the readily available food to that which is stored or not yet eaten, except with their permission. It is also stipulated that this should not cause them difficulty or be disliked by them.
