The answer

Zakat is obligatory on growing wealth if it reaches the nisab (minimum threshold) and a full hawl (lunar year) has passed over it, in excess of one's basic needs. This does not apply to fixed assets such as buildings, shelves, desks, trade names, or the location of the shop, unless you intend to sell them. If you intend to sell them, they take the ruling of trade goods, and their value is assessed, from which 2.5% is given in Zakat. Zakat is obligatory on medicines present in the pharmacy if they meet the aforementioned conditions. Zakat is to be calculated based on their value at the current price on the day Zakat becomes due, and 2.5% of that amount is to be given. There is no Zakat on the remaining items mentioned unless the pharmacy is offered for sale, in which case 2.5% of the total asking price, including the trade name and the pharmacy's location, must be given.
