What is the ruling on oral stimulation of the genitals between spouses, and how sound is the permissibility of that, taking into account the health risks? Is a man's penetration of a woman's mouth considered "intercourse in other than the place of cultivation" (إتياناً في غير محل الحرث)? And is it valid to compare this to anal intercourse? Is oral stimulation of the anus forbidden?

We have discussed conjugal enjoyment between spouses, and we mentioned that some practices involve a breach of decency and are ignoble, and it is better to avoid them. We cannot prohibit what has not been explicitly prohibited by a religious text. However, if harm is proven, then that type of enjoyment becomes forbidden, based on the Almighty's saying: "And He prohibits for them impure things."
