What is the ruling on working for an institution that provides wireless communication services to civilians, security agencies, and the army, and is the salary resulting from ineffectiveness at work lawful (halal) or unlawful (haram) in the event that a transfer request or resignation is not accepted?

There is no harm in working for institutions that provide public services, even if some wrongdoers benefit from them, and the worker bears no sin for that. However, it is not permissible to be absent from work or fail to perform it while receiving a salary. As for working in a private interest that aids someone who commits forbidden acts, it is not permissible, due to His Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
