What is the correct description of the Seal of Prophethood that was between the shoulders of the Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, and is the circulated drawing of it, which contains Arabic words and phrases, correct?

The Seal of Prophethood was a sign of the truthfulness of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Authentic hadiths agree that it was a prominent mark between his shoulders, near his left shoulder, the size of a dove's egg, surrounded by moles and with some hairs gathered on it. It has not been authentically reported that anything was written on it.
