Is money earned considered unlawful if the monthly target is achieved using leaked numbers and properties from another company, knowing that the owners of these numbers have been contacted again?

The earnings of the caller are lawful because they are in exchange for a permissible act, and he deserves the specified wage because he makes calls and obtains the information required for his work. However, he commits a sin by acquiring the numbers through illicit means. The sin increases if this causes harm to the other company, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm." "Harm" (ḍarar) is causing injury to others for one's own benefit, while "reciprocating harm" (ḍirār) is causing injury to others without any benefit to oneself.
