Is it permissible for a brother to take nuts provided to him by the company in its restaurant for his children to eat at home, or do they belong to the company?

The ruling on taking nuts and foods provided by the company for workers to their homes depends on the reason the company provides them. If the company makes them the property of the workers, then there is no harm in taking the leftovers and giving them to others. This can be known from the employment contract or common practice. However, if the contract does not stipulate this and it is not common practice, then it is not permissible to take them without the permission of the officials, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The wealth of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent."
