You must hasten to repent to Allah and abandon the mentioned habit. Repentance is achieved by giving up the sin, regretting having committed it, and resolving never to return to it. You must beware of Satan's whispers that lead to despair of repentance, for if repentance fulfills its conditions, it is accepted by Allah's permission, even if it recurs as the sin recurs, for Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, Allah loves those who repent." As for the effects of that habit on virginity and sexual health, it is advisable to contact the medical consultation section on the website.
