How can girls be convinced to wear the hijab despite their repeated procrastination, and by clarifying the severity of God's punishment?

Do not despair, and do not leave your daughters without proper Islamic dress. Seek help from their father and brothers, and pray for their guidance. Encourage them to obey Allah's command by explaining how it will facilitate their affairs and bring them happiness. Warn them of Allah's wrath, and clarify to them that the honor of a Muslim woman lies in her modesty, concealment, and hijab. Explain that immodest display (tabarruj) is a manifestation of the first Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic ignorance), which Allah Almighty has forbidden. Emphasize that upbringing, commands, and prohibitions begin with a child from the very beginning of their life.
