What is the ruling on working in a restaurant that serves pork and alcoholic beverages, where the worker is required to wash dishes containing remnants of these foods and drinks, given the difficulty of finding another job?

It is not permissible to work in restaurants washing dishes that are used to serve meals containing pork, alcohol, or other forbidden items. This is based on the general meaning of Allah's Almighty saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
