Does a divorce occur for someone who swore an oath of divorce to quit smoking unless another person swears to him to smoke, and then he asked his friend to swear to him to smoke?

It appears that this person has broken his oath, and his divorce is valid according to those who hold that divorce occurs when one breaks an oath made with it, treating him with the opposite of his corrupt intention. We would like to point out that smoking is unequivocally forbidden.
