Should the wife seek a divorce from her husband who does not pray and wants to marry another, or should she try to reform him?

A man marrying a second wife does not permit the first wife to seek divorce, unless she is harmed, such as his inability to be just, or his neglect of her rights, or her fear that she will not be able to uphold Allah's limits with him. However, she must seek divorce if the husband insists on abandoning prayer, because it is one of the gravest destructive sins.
