Should I accept a very respectable and religious suitor, even though his hand is amputated?

The fundamental principle in choosing a husband is his religious commitment (deen) and character (khuluq). Therefore, if a suitor who possesses religious commitment and good character proposes to you, he should not be rejected merely because he has a missing hand, as long as he is capable of bearing the burdens of marriage. The decision ultimately rests with you, after consulting your family and performing Istikhara (prayer for guidance).
