Is the Hadith: "Whoever recites Surat Al-Dukhan every night, seventy thousand angels will seek forgiveness for him in the morning" authentic?

The Hadith that states: "Whoever recites 'Ha-Mim' Ad-Dukhan (Chapter of the Smoke) on a given night, seventy thousand angels will ask for forgiveness for him in the morning," has a very weak chain of narration (Isnad). This is due to the presence of Umar ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Khath'am in its chain, who is considered a weak narrator (wahi al-hadith), one whose narrations are rejected (munkar al-hadith), and one who fabricates Hadith (yada' al-hadith). Therefore, scholars of Hadith have ruled this Hadith to be weak and unproven, and some have even judged it to be fabricated.
