This is due to the presence of Umar ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Khath'am in its chain, who is considered a weak narrator (wahi al-hadith), one whose narrations are rejected (munkar al-hadith), and one who fabricates Hadith (yada' al-hadith). Therefore, scholars of Hadith have ruled this Hadith to be weak and unproven, and some have even judged it to be fabricated.
